There are innumerable challenges in the labor market, and Cool Choices addresses those challenges as they pertain to the needs of all workers. Through research and practical experience, we know that people generally want to contribute to society by being productive and satisfied in the workplace. It does not matter whether they are mechanics, clerks or surgeons. This concept is embedded in our system because we believe career satisfaction will increase if the worker is matched to a job by abilities, interests, needs and values.
