TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE Cool Choices is a patent pending vocational matching tool that permits participants to access, via the Internet, certain vocational resources, including information, research and matching opportunities, only under the terms, and subject to the conditions, set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions please immediately leave the site. Your use of the site constitutes your agreement to adhere to these terms and conditions. OWNERSHIP The resources and content provided at this site are protected under state, U.S. federal, and copyright foreign laws. Unauthorized use of this site may violate those laws. Cool Choices retains the copyright and ownership interests on all content displayed, created, and/or printed on or from its site. By satisfying the required payment terms, you are being given a limited license to use the site, for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of payment, and print copies of any content posted at the site for your own use. You are not permitted to distribute any such copies, to display them for public viewing, or to transfer your license. The services provided by Cool Choices and the results of use of those services will vary widely, depending on factors that are outside of the control of Cool Choices, including the quality of the information that is provided by the user. As such, Cool Choices cannot and does not guarantee that any results derived from the use of its resources will be relevant to a user�s individual situation. Much of the information provided on the Cool Choices site is based on information obtained, as periodically updated, from the United States Department of Labor O*NET database, the Dictionary of Occupational Titles, and other governmental databases. INDEMNITY The user will indemnify and hold harmless Cool Choices, its owner, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, against any and all liability, loss, claims, or expense (including, but not limited to, legal fees and expenses) that result from or arise out of the use of the Cool Choices site or from any breach by user of the terms and conditions herein. MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS Cool Choices may revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By using the Cool Choices site, you agree to be bound by the then current terms and conditions. JURISDICTION If any dispute arises out of these terms and conditions, you agree that Minnesota law shall govern and the exclusive venue to resolve any such disputes shall be the State and/or Federal Courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
